Well Jonny, I wanted my own studio space we're I didn't have to work after hours and I could keep my own and also cater to the ladies. To get a place to give me time didn't always work in the direction of all our ( my, and each lady) schedules. Plus with my own studio I could have sectioned off a corner and furnished it like a living room or such, and in another corner a matted portion with a divider cage wall. still in the works though.
