Things did not go well when, during her Prismatic World Tour, Katy Perry was asked why she did not perform in Paris while she was taking her show to France.
In an interview, she replied to the question stating that the venue 'wasn't available at the time when it was needed'.
The public might have been satisfied with her answer if it hadn't been for rival singer Elodie Frégé who later opinionated on national television: 'I think the real reason was...she made a wise decision avoiding it. She'd have struggled filling the most important arena in the capital city. Imagine the event had been cancelled due to lack of ticket sales - what a damaging result of that attempt in her career. The French audience are quite discerning when it comes to good music on one side and pop princesses rather hyped up by the media on the other side.'
Katy, watching subtitled footage of the TV broadcast, was, not surprisingly, extremely offended, and demanded to be put in touch with the French singer, especially when she realized that Elodie, whose utterances are taken very seriously by her audience, had made her a laughing stock to the public.
Not long afterwards, she talked to Elodie on Skype and suggested to her rival in no uncertain terms she expected her to at least tell TV viewers nationwide that she had made those remarks jokingly and that they were far from being her true opinion.
Elodie did not hesitate to reply to Katy: 'Oh la la, ma cherie, how could I tell such a lie affreuse to the people - that was not a joke at all! How can you even think comme ça? I told the truth!' - And to Katy's shock, she laughed at her demands shamelessly.
Katy, now angered beyond measure, poured out a tirade over Elodie, 'You...bitch! Do you even know whom you're talking to?? Are you completely off your mind? I can sell out arenas where and whenever I want from under your nose when it comes to it! I can deliver a show which makes your fans forget you!'
'You damn foolish girl!' Elodie shouted at Katy, now equally annoyed, 'Do you want to start a fight with me, really? Do you want to compete with me on a show and see who is the better chanteuse? I'd sing you flat against the wall, you little stupid bitch!'
'What??' Katy yelled in disbelief. 'Are you fucking serious? You actually think you're better than me? Anytime, you clown, yeah! I'll compete with you in a singing contest anytime you're crazy enough to try and stand up to me! And, while you mention it, as far as a fight is concerned, yes, I'll literally fight you! When you feel my fist in your face let's see how you talk!'
Elodie, full of anger, readily accepted Katy's challenge of a physical contest, 'Oh la la, you are stupid this much? You think you can fight me? Alors, you silly girl, you can fight me, it will be so much amusement for all my fans! I lift you off the ground and throw you away in the trash can like the garbage which you are, I will wrestle you little thing fragile, and will humiliate you so much you will leave in shame and never retour to my country encore, jamais!'
Katy laughs at Elodie's threats mirthlessly and sarcastically, 'Oh my gawd, Elodie, you poor little brat, do you think I'm afraid of you? I'll thrash you around the ring and kick your fat bum! I'll humiliate you until you beg for my forgiveness on your knees right at my feet, and we'll see who humiliates whom in front of your fans! The fight is on, bitch, and you'll be finished in your own country after being beaten and made a fool of by a Californian gurl!'

The two singers decide to compete with each other in a contest in which it is to be decided by an audience vote who is the better singer, then who is the stronger woman in an arm wrestling match, and, finally, which of the two ladies wins a wrestling match in the ring.

The arena is filled with an audience thrilled and impatient to see the fight between the two enemies until one woman dominates the other ultimately and leaves her in the ring defeated and humiliated...

yes i agree with you, Katy is also in good shape but the last option in the poll( wrestling match) is an advantage for Perry. She's heavier than Elodie, so i think only in wrestling Katy would have a chance against Elodie. Frege will dispatch her in MMA, KickBoxing, Boxing or NHB .......and even in a wrestling combat some people think that Elodie will beat Katy. 

Also, judgements  are down to interpretation; for example, people vote for Elodie having the 'better' voice because she sings distinctly 'sexy', but the skill and mere strength of voice to get through a physically demanding long show are actually on Katy's side - however, if they vote for Elodie's voice here they'd vote for it in real life, too, so it's actually possible she beats Katy in a singing contest even when technically she never should, and that's fair enough.
Even more subjective is to vote for the 'prettier' one, those are just people's tastes, hardly more.

In the end, Katy flies back home a broken woman after this, Elodie humiliated her even with her ravishing looks and the audience appeal of her voice. The Frenchwoman triumphs at a mad party afterwards, with Katy not showing up but nursing her bruises and refusing interviews. But she vows revenge on her French nemesis.

Regardless of who wins this, I think that all of us would be big winners, if we ever had a chance to witness the fight between these two beautiful women.

Impressive win for Elodie Frege, Katy Perry has been destroyed in all challenges, maybe Elodie will fly to USA to give Perry a rematch !

I doubt she'd take the challenge, she might be silent on that and cling to the last remainder of her dignity.
