For the last week I cannot bring up the chat room screen. All I get is a white blank page. Can someone tell me what the problem is? I have a W7 operating system. Please help...Thanks.......

Have you changed browsers or added any add ons to your current browser? If not you can try a different browser sometimes that helps.

With a blank page coming up it can be a few different things. First make sure you have the latest Arobe Flash player. Just go to their website and it's a free download.

Second rest let your security settings in IE, if you're using that browser. I won't got into details on how, as even with Windows 7 you can run different versions of it.   Third, try FireFox, Chrome or opera.
