Chat Room Blank Page

Since last week when I attempted to open up the chat room all I receive is a blank page with an 'x' in the upper left hand corner. I have a w7 computer and have made no changes.

1. Try another browser. (Chrome, Firefox, et al)
2. Try setting up the site in Compatibility Mode in I E.
