Frank  Rusha  was  totally unique  in  Catfight City -- not to be confused with the new site by  the same name,  a  very  poor substitute.   His  pics  always involved tearing  clothes off,  and,  though  it  never reached  the  point of  nudity -- or  even topless --  there  was  an  intensity  to  the  pics  that was outstanding. If you enter Catfight City,  you can usually find some of the pics on line.

Have to agree - Rusha's stuff was the best! I would have loved to see the women strip each other more fully but even when the "naughty bits" remained covered, his work was hugely sexy!
