for me turnoff are the northamerican rules of moral ..., ... 01. if it comes for showing to much skin  during real-fighting;
some more turn-offs for me:
02. unsteady camera-hand guide
03. ... if the filming ends, before the fighting is over
04. ... if other persons are triyng to bring it to an end ...
05. ... and finally poor film-picture-quality ...,

I agree with all the above comments, and I'll add one more that I didn't see listed....people laughing!  I certainly wouldn't be laughing my ass off watching two girls fight.  Even watching catfights on TV or in movies that are supposed to be tongue in cheek, I don't find them funny.  They're a turn on!
