It's a sick, brutal fight but Sarah wins with a sudden upset neckscissors, forcing Ripley to tap out (according to the votes).

Or instead of tapping out, Ripley hammers her opponent's thighs with her fists until she can escape the scissors at the last moment, making it a draw.
