I think people usually find it the opposite, especially with belly punching since if you don't know it's coming you won't be as tense.

 I'd assume it matters much more to the person taking the punches than it does to anyone who's watching the person taking the punches,LOL...

Whether the girl is ''tense'' or isn't really doesn't matter at all because either way she's getting punched ...
