Here's a suggestion:

Since Ripa was the only one in "single digits"... replace her with Xenia Tchoumitcheva.
Draw lots for position to pair off all eight of them in a single elimination tourney.
four fights in first rd
two fights in second rd
title fight (winner gets a 'World Champion Bottom Beater' belt!)
