Hey, sorry if this in the wrong section and feel free to move but my question is aimed at producers. I know we have discussed this before, in fact I might have started something similar. We have producers posting here from both sides of the Atlantic, and im curious to know the difference in where you find your females to compete, I guess this is aimed more towards Bruce, Gianni and Simone. Indeed Bruce you have been forthcoming many times about where you find your talent and how it gets harder and harder to find new girls, and in fact read on another forum recently about Janay (im sorry to mention her again), and how she used to organise her own opponents i.e. Savannah Hoover who im sure we would have loved to see more of but your only contact for her was via Janay. But do you have certain things you look for when you find a new girl you think may be interested in wrestling for the academy, are you still keen to keep away from more mainstream style wrestlers or are they not keen, for instance would say Tylene Buck be on your radar ? And are the girls mainly friends of friends and dancers etc. And when it comes to the other side of the pond where do you guys find most your talent from, the thing that got me thinking about this was the appearance of Sapphire in a recent Catz productions, hot as, and hopefully seeing more of her  appearing in videos, do you guys actively chase girls of sites like say the Zoo today website where wannabe models post their images or is again friends of friends and word of mouth. Im sorry if this dragged on a bit but would like to know the difference and the difficulties in the never ending quest of finding new talent.  Thanks

This has been discussed at length in my forum and others. Its a good question and interesting. Can only speak for myself.

I have to have athletes; women who understand sports competition and honestly enjoy the process.

They have to honestly love women to be invited back; I have learned how to distinguish between those I want and don't want but it takes working with them once to know.

They have to look like they have been to the gym before and know their way back.

A catfight is only a catfight as long as neither woman knows how to fight. As soon as one of them knows what to do the catfight ends and it becomes a regular girl getting her ass kicked in a quick hurry. Try pulling Isamar's hair, see if there is still a strand or two clutched in your fingers when you wake up. Yes you need to want to learn how to wrestle.

They have to be grown ups. I tolerate flakiness, poor hygiene, insensitivity, alcohol/drug abuse, and carelessness poorly. Call time is shoot time. The doors lock. Your spot goes to someone who proves she wants it by being on time.

I think it was really easy to find gorgeous girls to videotape in the 1990's when before they understood fully what the internet would be.

Either it is harder or I am not as good at it as I used to be - probably both are true. I have always said it requires kissing a lot of frogs before you find a princess. Nowadays I find fewer frogs who wanna kiss me! I am pickier about asking frogs for kisses.

We searched long and hard for our ladies as well as seeking certain types of qualities of which I will not go into online.  Needless to say they are from all walks of life and from all different types of backgrounds.  Money is a motivating factor when you are requesting a lady to participate in a 100% real fight, although many of the ladies just love the adrenalin buzz and come back again and again.

I hope my short, unprepared, spur of the moment answer is what you're looking for?
