All that work to resist getting choked out - then she gets submitted with an armbar :(

HumiliationOne

She was worn out. Could see the defeat in her eyes. Yum

I know female soccer players and water polo, and rugby players, play dirty tricks when the ref is on the other side.  I always wondered if female bjj wrestlers do the same thing, when they know the ref can't see the action?.

I train in BJJ and I've competed some. Truthfully, it's hard to get away with too many dirty tricks other than a quick tug of the shorts or rashguard in no gi matches. It's the legal stuff that tends to be the dirtiest like having a shoulder or forearm grinded against the side of your face. That really sucks.

Expanding on what fighting wife said one useful but legal move is to form a fist so your knuckles stand out , put your hand palm down next to their midriff if you are on top of them, then roll your opponents back onto your knuckles.

It really hurts if done into ribs and whilst not as good as using that hand to grab a hold it is less risky so a nice little way to pump pain into them while you think up a better move.
