This video has footage celebrating the jaw dropping "hotness" and impressive athleticism of Rachel Wray, the Fighting Cheerleader, along with further footage of her crushing and humiliating defeat at the hands of strong, black female fighter, Jamie Clinton.

It's an odd but powerful combination. And, human nature being the way it is, I don't doubt for one moment that her opponent in this fight was not the only person who got a thrill of delight from the lovely Rachel's humbling downfall.

Not sure "impressive athleticism" is applicable here. She looked absolutely terrible when she was punching that heavy bag to the extent the heavy bag looked like the more skilled fighter, after that she had no business being anywhere near the cage and the end was inevitable.

She certainly impressed me! Nothing wrong with that bag work either. If we're talking punches only, she actually looks better than a lot of male MMA fighters on the heavy bag. Check out The Master Blaster Jon Jones showing us how it's done:
