FEMWIN question

I joined the FEMWIN members section a few days ago but have discovered that my username/password will not allow me access to their "member archive" area. Attempted to contact the company but no response after a couple days. I wonder if anyone else has had this issue? Thanks in advance.

I haven't heard a single response after the initial "we'll get back to you". I suspect you're right. It was nice of them to take my money anyway.
