On the other hand, it certainly illustrates how effective body attacks can be!

Especially when large audiences are involved. It's hard to see small reactions and facial expressions.  But a kicked body is much more visual because it can collapse, shake, etc.  The damage is bad but the result is highly visual and can't be denied

I dont follow wrestling much anymore but im aware of Paige because of all the news about her over the past few years. Shes had a lot  of drama following her for a while now and the fact that just as she seems to be getting her life back together and returning from a bad injury, 2 months after returning BOOM career over (in an untelevised match no less) shes only had 2 maybe 3 matches on TV since returning. I hadn't felt this sad about a wrestling story since Eddie Gerrero died. Even worse her careers over at just 25 years old

Yeah, I'm a bit sadistic, but I find it pretty hot that another woman kicked Paige's sexy body to the point where she has to retire from wrestling.  It's a shame we won't see her take more punishment in future matches, but hey, at least we know she was terminated by force ... it was taken from her.

Paige is one of my favourites (though her character was handled SO MUCH BETTER while she was in NXT). I'm pretty sad that was forced to retire. I get that freak accidents happen, but it's a bit of a tragedy considering it looked like Paige was starting to turn her life/career around for the better. Then this happens, ugh.

One non-official source said they THINK her WWE career might be over but everyone that has reported it since has reported it as being fact. She was injured on December the 27th 2017 and only this week have WWE said anything and that was that she will miss the next PPV event. Yes her in-ring career with WWE might still end but at this time that is just speculation.
