I can see how her strength, endurance and physical fitness have increased. She can kick hard, bangs her fists on the stand and on the ground. She is learning violent techniques. Cool thing. My mother is an ordinary woman. She is 50 years old and is already a grandmother and still has good physical fitness. The separate thing is that she is much better in the fight against another woman.
