1) Our duos meet on a deserted island and fight by the lagoon, a coconut knocks one girl out as the other two then double team the remaining girl

Isles is/was a medical examiner!! If she doesn't bring a scalpel to the fight (not specified, BTW) she doesn't stand a chance!
