1980's anime fight identification

Does anyone know where this fight is from?  It's an anime from the 80's.  Not sure if it was broadcast in North America or not.  Two female pilots crash land on an island and have a running gun battle then a knife fight before it's broken up.  I'd like to track down a good copy since my VHS tape is degraded too badly to transfer, thanks.

Thank you both for the information.  This is a good lead since the fight is broken up by a samurai who may be the 'Goemon' character.  I haven't found it yet but there are a lot of Lupin episodes to search.
