Marissa Torres is the traffic reporter on WPIX news in New York.  She was on maternity leave and is set to come back. 

Jill Nicollini used to be the traffic reporter, but left for greener pastures several years ago.  Things did not work out so well for her in her career, so she is back part time for WPIX.  She has been filling in for Marissa, and wants to keep the job.

Jill calls Marissa on the phone, and challenges her to fight for the job.  The two women meet in a hotel room and agree to fight, with the looser leaving WPIX
