Here is how the fights turned out:
Raquel Welch (41) vs Joey Heatherton (44): This was the biggest piece of eye candy, i.e., the sexiest fight, this round in my opinion. Arguable the sexiest woman of her time, brunette Raquel Welch, up against one of the sexiest singers/dancers, blonde Joey Heatherton. Raquel would prove in her many movie fights that she was up for physical action and disdained stunt doubles at times when the producers didn't want to risk injuries. And Raquel proved she was tough, continuing to shoot film in spite of sprained wrists, cracked ribs, and other injuries and bruises suffered. Joey was just as tough or tougher and nastier although it has been pointed out Raquel could be very nasty. This was expected to be one helluva fight and the two did not disappoint. First they paraded around to show off their bodies, front side and back. Then they went at each other with a vengeance. It was body against body, legs against legs, and glorious chest against glorious chest. First one would get the other down in a full body pin with or without a grapevine and hold her there while staring into her eyes. But the other would reverse and do the same only more so. There were schoolgirl pins, sometimes on the chest and biceps and sometimes with the foe's face buried in there crotch. The tide went back and forth. Finally the two were close to exhaustion. They struggle to their feet and glared at each other. Raquel stuck out her chest as if to say "My chest is more famous than yours and should be because it is better." That seems to inspire Joey to want to defeat Raquel in a chest to chest face off. She ripped down Raquel's top to reveal her famous boobs. Then ripped down her own top. She locked up Raquel in a frontal bear hug and Raquel did the same to her. Joey took the advantage by getting both her arms inside Raquel's. She was able to squeeze harder as she also worked her breasts against Raquel's. Raquel's body went limp in Joey's arms. Joey dropped her to the sand. She then reached down and gave Raquel's famous boobs a tweak and then slapped them so they bounced against each other. "So much for your boobs. Mine proved better as did my body and my legs."
Edy Williams (46 ) vs Stefanie Powers (39): Stefanie Powers has been the punching bag of the tournament but Edy has lost to some weaker women she should have cream. It isn't clear why Edy has had trouble because she can be nasty at times. Stefanie claims she won a fight against Linda Evans in high school and stole her boyfriend but most people tend to doubt the story, well at least the winning of the fight. Stefanie seems to be a better fighter with her acerbic tongue than with her fists. Such was the case again. Stefanie hurled barbs at Edy and Edy hurled fists. It took surprisingly longer than expected but Stefanie went down for the count in a relatively short time.
Sybil Danning (52) vs Goldie Hawn: Goldie Hawn brought along a photograph showing her making a bicep pose with a huge bicep. Goldie said "Look at my arms compared to Sybil's skinny, frail ones." If her intent was to scare Sybil it didn't work. Sybil just laughed and said "It looks like a Photoshop job to me and not a very good one at that. We shall see who has the muscles." It took about two seconds for Sybil to prove to Goldie that Goldie was out of her league. As Goldie rushed her Sybil inserted her hands between Goldie's legs. She picked her up on her shoulders and spun her around and around. Sybil finally tossed the dizzy Goldie to the ground. As Goldie struggled to get up, Sybil yanked her up by the hair. Picked her up again and tossed her hard on her back. Sybil laughed as she found different ways to pick Goldie up and hurl her to the ground. Sybil racked up the points and keep her lead for first place.
Senta Berger (44) vs Loni Anderson (38): Senta Berger, the luscious Austrian, has her sights set on winning the tournament. The only blemish on her record is a draw Pam Grier in a very ugly fight. Loni's chances of winning are slimmer with two loses and two draws. But she has pride and there are several women ahead of her she would like to finish above. And who knows what will happen when the current leaders tear each other apart. Both women were convinced they could win. Senta went after Loni with her power and her methodical, careful Austrian moves. Loni went after Senta in a more spontaneous and s style that made the most of her catfighting skills. At first Loni keep Senta off balance and was controlling the fight. There was more of Senta's hair on the floor and more scratches on her body and red welts from smacks. But Senta hit with even harder smacks. She was more fit and eventually began to wear Loni down. The advantage turned in Senta's favor near the end. Senta took delight in getting the win by sitting on the largest chest in the tournament and bouncing on it.
Jaclyn Smith (36) vs Adrienne Barbeau (48): I think fight comments have been accurate. Adrienne Barbeau is one of the ore underrated fighters. She may be short but she is a tigress. Jaclyn is sweet although she did soundly beat "muscles" Goldie Hawn Even though Jaclyn had 3½ inches on her Adrienne got ahold of Jaclyn's hair first. Adrienne proceeded to drag Jaclyn all over the place by the hair. Jaclyn had never had her hair pulled so hard. Soon Adrienne had Jaclyn in tears and begging for mercy. Adrienne showed her mercy by handing onto her hair with one hand and delivering an upper cut to her chin with the other. You might say it was a mercy KO.
Dian Parkinson (38) vs Tuesday Weld (40): Everyone figured this would be an easy win for Dian, Everyone including Dian but not including Tuesday. Dina could be one mean bitch and she had size and strength. What chance did little weak looking Tuesday have. Dina would "work her over all the way to Saturday." But Tuesday knew Dian hadn't won since she beat the weak Farrah Fawcett. Furthermore Dian had lost to diminutive Annette Funicello and Tuesday had whipped Annette when they met. If Annette could go it, so could Tuesday. Dian was big but she moved like an ox which allowed others to outmaneuver her. Tuesday went in low and knocked Dian's pins out from under her. Before Dian knew what was happening Tuesday was on her back with Dian on her stomach. She couldn't attack Tuesday from this position and Tuesday reigned down blow after blow. Tuesday didn't have the strength for any blow to really hurt Dian but the constant pounding softened her up. Dian finally bucked Tuesday off her back. She nailed Tuesday with a hard punch that staggered her and almost got in another which would have easily finished Tuesday off. But Tuesday barely dodged the blow and, with Dian extended from throwing the punch landed a hard kick to her stomach. As Dian doubled over further, Tuesday kicked her in the face. This knocked Dian on her back in dreamland.
Lindsay Wagner (39) vs Britt Ekland (40): Both fighters are near the bottom of the rankings. Lindsay has two wins, a good one over Suzanne Somers and one over the hapless Goldie Hawn. Britt has only one win, also over Goldie Hawn. The women were fitting for pride and to not end up at the bottom. It was a very even fight with neither woman able to dominate the other nor even get an advantage. Attempts at pins or submission holds were not executed with much strength and were easily broken by the other. Lindsay's 4 inch height advantage prove to be her downfall. As both women tired, Britt was able to control and move her smaller body more effectively. Just before time ran out and it looked it would be a draw, Britt somehow managed to get Lindsay on her back with her long legs bent back over her head in a matchbook pin. She sat on Lindsay's legs for the pin to eke out a close win.
Barbara Bach (34) vs Pam Grier (49): This was a one-sided fight that went true to form. Pam set out to humiliate the over matched Barbara and that is exactly what she did. As barbosa said, Pam gleefully and cruelly acted like the cat playing with the mouse. She would hurt and torture Barbara. Then let her escape only to pounce on her again when Barbara had though she had gotten away. Vasago also reported it correctly when, after brutalizing her, Pam strips Barbara nude then dragged her lifeless form around by the hair to emphasize her dominance.
