1. Are you using windows, linux or Mac?
2. What is the file extension (e.g. <filename>.mp4)?
3. What OS are you using?  If it's Win10, you should be able to  right-click on the file and open with Movies & TV.

windows, 7-Zip setup.exe, i think i have to have a file to unzip this program? i will check on which version of windows but my guess is 8??

Judging by your comment you are not very computer savvy at all.....no offense.  What you show is the 7-zip executive application which is the file you must click on to install 7-zip on your computer, which will then allow you to unzip the video file.  Guessing by your comment, it looks as though you have the zipped file that needs to be unpacked in order to watch it and you need to install the 7-zip program to do it. 
obtw.....the 7-zip software is an excellent application so once you install it, it will serve you well.....hope this helps!

I sponsored a few fights a while back and the files came in a zipped folder as their was a lot of content, fights, interviews, pics etc, Steve at suitefights sent this with instructions of how to access with a link to download the zip 7 app, as far as customer service goes he was great at helping at replying to me seeing as there’s likes an 8 hour times difference between where he’s based and here in the uk.

I’m sure if you messaged him he would help you.

You don't need to buy 7-Zip, it's a free app.

From what you said, it seems like you already have the setup.exe. Just right click on it and choose "open" from the options. You will then get a window opening up asking if you want to allow the app to make changes to your device. Click "allow" and follow the instructions to install 7-zip.

Once it's installed, right click on the file, "double dose of mila" and  go to "7-Zip " in the options. Then select "extract here"

Once the extraction is finished the video file will be there in the same folder as the rar file you extracted it from.
