Cheryl Ladd is the leader after first round and therefore a favourite against fellow blonde Edina Ronay who got beaten up badly by Lynda Carter in the opening round.

Sonia Braga eaked out a close win over Sondra Locke whereas Suzy Kendall took Valerie Leon all the way before eventually giving up. This could be one of the closest fights unless Braga shows her Latin temper and conquers the blonde model.

Two dark-haired beauties won't give an inch to each other especially after winning their first fight. Another close contest in prospect.


ANNI-FRID LYNGSTAD (Age: 34' 5'7" / 25th 0-1) vs MARGOT KIDDER (Age: 31; 5'6.5" / 32nd 0-1)
Both Anni-Frid and Margot lost their opening fights and would like to turn the tables. Hard to call allthough the redhead Norwegian could be in better shape since Margot didn't have any chance vs Cheryl Ladd in a one-sided beatdown.

Powerful blonde Susan Denberg looks to demolish Jacqueline Bisset who must come as an underdog in this fight.

Couple of blondes promise another close fight with no real favourite before the action starts.

Lynda Carter obviously isn't very fond of any blondes coming her way and Ingrid Steeger must prepare herself for a very tough encounter. Pamela Tiffin (33) vs Bo Derek (49)
There was very little Pamela Tiffin could do in this fight as Bo Derek charged up to the taller opponent and thoroughly worked her over. Bo's undisputed aggression proved way too much for Pamela and she had enough of this rough treatment and cried in defeat after a one-sided fight.

Edina Ronay (30) vs Cheryl Ladd (53)
Cheryl Ladd followed in Bo Derek's steps and pounded Edina Ronay into a quick submission. The blonde Charlie's Angel is looking strong for a great run in the tournament while Edina suffered another rough treatment and is already licking her wounds.

Sonia Braga (45) vs Suzy Kendall (37)
Latin temper sure got Sonia Braga into a winning mood and the blonde model found herself on her knees and unable to prevent Sonia from kicking her into a painful submission.

Ornella Muti (45) vs Valerie Leon (39)
Valerie Leon was brave enough to take Ornella Muti blow by blow but the feisty Italian proved her superiority and send Valerie on the floor with few very hard punches right into the stomach.

Anni-Frid Lyngstad (43) vs Margot Kidder (37)
Margot desperately wanted to prove that losing to Cheryl Ladd was only an accident but Anni-Frid also had recovery from defeat on her mind and managed to smother Margot into submission after a lenghty struggle.

Jacqueline Bisset (37) vs Susan Denberg (44)
Jacqueline Bisset put a brave effort to challenge the tough looking Susan Denberg but the blonde overpowered her brunette rival and send her down on the floor with some vicious punches, that Jacqueline had more then enough by that stage and yelled out in defeat.

Carol Lynley (42) vs Marta Kristen (39)
Two blondes went for a very lenghty scrap with lots of hairpulling, face-slapping and scratching and in the end Carol just saved more energy and pinned Marta on the mat and secured a very hard-earned victory.

Lynda Carter (47) vs Ingrid Steeger (36)
Almost a mis-match before the fight, but Ingrid Steeger avoided getting completely blown away. Perhaps Lynda was saving her energy for future fights and allowed the German to cherish going the distance but in the end even the Wonder Woman can get bored so once Lynda decided to go for real, there was no stopping her. Lynda tossed around Ingrid long enough for the blonde to admit defeat and once that happened Lynda slapped her right in the face and send on the floor for good.
