Truth "Fitness" competitors or "Bikini" competitors are usually pretty focused on lifting and definition, not crossfit type skills that might lend themselves to functional cardio utility.

Yeah this isn't unusual, I've fought quite a few girls who got into fitness then wanted to test themselves.
