Looking for Asian Movie catfight clip

I am looking for a Asian (most probably Filipino) Movie catfight scene.

A girl in short skirt like dress, come in road from a Tuktuk/Auto Riksha like vehicle.  Then start quarrel with another girl of same type dress. One man try to separate them.

But both girl fight in a roadside small pond/mud. only 1 or 2 mins.

One girl dress was blue in colour as long as I can remember.

Can anyone tell me, how to watch that again?

Asian movie catfights are hot. lots of hair pulling there.
