The contest is pretty simple.  Two women stand next to each other and take turns punching each other with their bare fists until one gives up.  A woman may retire one breast if she feels she can't take any more punishment there, which means all the rest of her opponent's punches will have to be to her other breast.  If a punch knocks a fighter down her opponent will be allowed three additional punches, and these can be anywhere (belly, face, or to a previously retired breast) in an attempt to knock her out and win the fight.  The punches can be delivered on the ground or after the girl stands back up.  A fighter is allowed 15 seconds after being hit to recover from the blow and return fire, or her opponent will be allowed to hit her again.  The fight ends when one woman gives up or is knocked out.

So the question is what is the best way to win?  I'm thinking using closed fists which would give the most powerful punch and knocking your opponent down gives you a decided advantage with the three extra punches.  However, anything is allowed, including keeping your fingers straight so the nails (no restriction on fingernail length, other than no artificial nails allowed) can open cuts.  My girl thinks making a fist with your thumb extended through the fingers will work best.   Then the thumbnail can inflict damage while the breast receives the impact caused by the fist.

Also, do you concentrate on one breast, or spread your attack between them?  Do you always go straight for the nipple, or will an uppercut work better?  (There's quite a bit of money which will go to the winner, so my girl really wants to win).

Best way to win a breast punch off?..hmmm not to participate lol that's a very extreme contest and who ever does do it both will be sorry they did long after,you can cause some real damage in that contest but to each their own, I would have to say after doing breast fights (no punches) but having been punched, scratched ,bitten and grabbed at the breast in a fight the sure fire way to win would be batter both breasts but the best blow would be an upper cut that lifts the punched breast and lets it fall pulling on the muscle, tendons and ligaments in both the uplift and drop down, along with a crushing blow to the outer breast wall and forcing it to collide to the non punished breast, of course things come into play here like are the women taking turns blow for blow style ? or is it an open free for all punching any breast anytime anywhere.?...also when the one fighter goes down, more than likely she will be cupping or cradling her hurt breast so if her rival is allowed 3 free shots will she be allowed to recover before or after getting up if she can?, finally will it be a submission verbally or strictly knock out style fight? obviously a verbal can come 2 minutes into the fight a ko will make the fight go longer but a ton more damage, lastly have a EMT or MEDIC or some one closely qualified as the bruises and some bleeding that will happen are going to need immediate attention more than ice packs , and for the inquiring minds NO INEVER LET SOME ONE FREELY PUNCH MY BREASTS

They will be standing toe-to-toe, wearing high heels, and take turns punching each others breasts.  Coin toss determines who goes first, and then they will alternate at the start of each new round.  The fighter being punched must place her hands behind her back, but she is allowed to weave, lean back, or turn to lesson the effect of the punch.  In practicing for the fight, my girl quickly learned that leaning back doesn't work as it's too easy to be knocked down while wearing 3" heels.  Once a knockdown occurs the 3 punches may be administered immediately to the fighter on the ground, although the downed fighter will be allowed to defend against punches to the face, stomach, or cxnt.  The downed fighter will then be given a slow count to 10 (30 seconds) to come back to the line and punch her opponent back.  The women will fight for two-minute rounds and then be given a minute rest between rounds.

The fight will end when one girl verbally states, "I've had enough, you win!"  (Or is knocked out).  I also just found out that the promoter has stated that if a fighter gives up before the start of the third round she will not be paid anything at all!  Supposedly a doctor will be in attendance but at other events the promoter has held it was really a 2nd or 3rd year medical student.
