Catfan if you have technical training and have had enough fights you know to use the defense as if memory muscle of course it is helpful, but in most cases the typical defense is a fist or claw or slap the face, honestly a well placed palm or blow to a rivals nose more than not will stop her in her tracks , and just for a point many may not realize, where the head goes the body follows ( science proven) so hair or not a shove to the head with a follow through the body will go

Well, in real life, assaults in this case, hairpulling by itself is not a preferable move. This video is simply for self defense, or one could say some... basic martial art training?

For the population here, those who take catfighting as a sane, enjoy activity then I'd rather skip these videos. I prefer my fights to be as less technical as possible. I wanna pull the hair, also love to be pulled. Roll slow and enjoy the clash, hurting, crying, breath heavily, even sob, all good.

So... yeah, if I were learning some mma or doing practices as a team-building activity with a friend, okay. Anything else, especially catfight-related then I don't see how I should be watching videos like this one.
it is some techniques how you can defend yourself in street catfight with another girl

Counter with a breast attack hoping the other releases or softens the grip. If not use both hands and pull harder.

You have to pull hers in return. Pull hard enough that she has to release your hair to try and pry your hands out of hers

They say attack is the best form of defence. If she pulls your hair first, don't hesitate to yank at her hair right back!!
