maybe they are fighting for a promotion or something. and are also jealous of each other, so now they get an opportunity to beat each other up

to my regrets i have had to give up real fights because of injury

Would be good if they start out in the uniform and slowly as it gets hot and sweaty, they strip down and fight bare body
