I've chatted with a guy in the past who planned trips to Thailand for this purpose.  He would take his willing girlfriend (actually 2 different girls at different times) to Thailand and find various prostitutes to fight / wrestle his girlfriend.  The Thai hookers lost a few but won the majority.  Most were much smaller than his girlfriend too.  If the girlfriend has training she may have a decent chance at a win but the majority of average women facing one of the Thai hookers would be in a lot of trouble in my opinion.
