I'll be short and to the point. How would a fictional society where everything is about catfights work? A society where catfights are the norm even in all areas of culture, it would be normal to see them in public and it would be biological.
 
I really have no ideas as I just thought of this. I'm open to yours and we could exchange ideas.

Catfights are exciting partially because every fighter needs to overcome her fear of her own catfight inexperience.

It would do the inverse--a society which facilitates Fight Clubs for those who have managed to make it to age 25....35 .... 45.... without throwing down.

I'm picturing a theme park!  Catfight themed rides....a historical building. Scheduled fights throughout the day of fights of every type. Catfight themed food court. And of course, women will be refunded their admission if they break out into catfights on the grounds for all to enjoy!

You should check out the Green Tower City Blog! He doesn't post too frequently, but he's got years of writing on the blog, all with drawings and stuff of a world where women's combat is the norm, and entirely sanctioned. It may not be exactly your niche in the fetish, but it sure is for me, and when I was wondering the same things as you, GTC really came through and delivered. It's a good concept for fiction. Might even be a good graphic novel and then create an extended universe out of it with stories/comics about women who have succeeded in this fictional world with all the scars to show for it; and stories about women who have failed also with all the scars to show for it. A famous well regarded story abut the subjugation of women "The Handmaid's Tale" just concluded on Hulu so why not the opposite where women are appreciated/rewarded for their catfighting skills.

But I am not sure how you would create a world where women fight and it would be "normal to see them in public and it would be biological.". IIRC the authors Mr. Cage and Felix Gato wrote a few pieces that tangentially might fit your idea. I have no idea where those stories might be on the internet.

OTOH I am waiting for the Catfight Channel to start streaming on Roku

I think it would be a matter of how important the outcomes of catfights are.  If EVERYTHING depends on the outcome of catfights, then every woman would be a super fit MMA fighter.  If however it is just "normal" women would only fight when needed and would still focus on their other life skills.  Catfighting is a ritual way to settle close decisions or ties.  So if two women are up for a job, rather than flipping a coin it is normal to offer women the chance to fight for the job.  Or to fight over a parking spot.  Or anything else.  Not that they arrive at a parking space and by ritual decree they must fight over it.  Just if they choose to fight over it nobody would judge them.
