Not exactly a gun struggle catfight, but a villainess is tackled, disarmed and brutally KOed by the good girl in an episode of "A Man Called Sloane" titled "The Venus Microbe". The good girl is exiting a building with the good guys but stops to fix her shoe, then notices the villainess aiming a gun at the heroes. The feisty heroine tackles her and knocks her out. The camera cuts away, then returns and we see the villainess face down, out cold.

I have added 3 takedowns to this thread:

A  villainess tries to fall back to a gun she had hidden in her purse. The heroine pevents this by twisting the blonde's arm. A struggle ensues and the villainess makes a run for it. Another heroine brings her down with a tackle.




The struggle starts at 0:13.

A hheroine tackles a fleeing car thief, they fall to the ground into a patch of engine oil. The heroine is victorious, sitting on top of a whining, oil covered  villainess.
