I am looking for a multipart story that was posted some years ago. I don't remember if it was posted on Free Catfights, one of the Host Boards.
The set up was a female fighting club, with two divisions, one on the East coast, the other on the West Coast. The members of the club were all wealthy women who fought for status in their divisions, how a woman did in a match also determined their status in high society. losers were relegated too the bottom rung. There wasn't any mention of husbands or men in the story. Each fighter wore expensive jewelry, and fur coats. Loser of a match was stripped of the jewels, and their furs. Eventually one champion emerged from the West Coast, and another from the East Coast. A championship match we set, the champions each with lady supporters/former opponents accompanied the champions to the final match. The championship match was to be held in a isolated location. Private jets, and limos brought everyone together for the final fight. The final match resulted in the loser being stripped of her jewelry and furs, being physically expelled from the location, naked, and abandoned. The championship match came with an added penalty for the loser, she was shunned by high society.
I cannot recall anything about the author, and only have a faint recollection that at that point in time they did have other stories on what ever venue this one was posted.
Does this ring any bells with anyone? It was a well written story line, excellent details, and good pace. I'd like to get a copy of it and would appreciate any help you could give.
