ai video clips, and images

anyone that makes. ai video fight clips and images, why is ai so inconstant with what it  creates?
I use openart. and the Kling models..it will produce a clip that I want, but if I try to extend it's own clipper image.i get the failure to pass risk content, or image is not supported. even just after Kling ai creates the image or  video.

It appears that there is strong resistance to using pictures to avoid using people's images without consent, and this even applies to pictures the ai created.  I believe this will get resolved at some point, just part of the growing pains of a new technology.
