FF976 - The Modesty Enforcement
The pre-drinks in the lounge took a nasty turn when Louise, dressed in a shimmering silver satin wrap dress, decided to play fashion police. She looked her friend Charley up and down with a sneer of disapproval. Charley was wearing a short, green and white patterned dress, ready to hit the town. But Louise wasn't having it. She told Charley flat out that the dress was "a bit revealing" and heavily hinted that it made her look slutty. The ultimatum was delivered cold: "We are not going out with you dressed like that."
Charley tried to laugh it off, but Louise was deadly serious. To ensure the dress wouldn't make it out the door, Louise took direct action. She lunged, grabbing the neckline of the green dress. "If you won't take it off," she hissed, "I'll make sure you can't wear it." With a sharp yank, the fabric gave way. The insult turned into a brawl instantly.
Charley, furious at the destruction of her outfit, fought back with wild abandon. She clawed at Louise’s silver dress, and the room was filled with the sound of ripping silk and heavy breathing. The fight tumbled from the sofa to the floor, a whirlwind of jealousy and tearing cloth. Louise ruthlessly shredded the green dress, peeling it off Charley’s body until it was nothing but rags. But Charley gave as good as she got, tearing Louise’s wrap dress open and pulling it off her shoulders.
By the time the dust settled, the "modesty" lesson had backfired spectacularly. Both women were left panting on the floor, stripped down to their black lingerie, their expensive dresses lying in ruined heaps around them. Louise stood up, adjusting the tatters of her own outfit, looking down at the half-naked Charley. She had successfully stopped her from wearing the dress, but at the cost of both their dignities.
