Signing Up

Hi!

So I referred this site to a friend. However when attempting to sign up, create an account, she is having an issue at the verification step where you have to enter the letters that appear in the box; basically verify you're not a bot.
The box with the letter never appears. The listen option doesn't help since the letters are upper/lower case sensitive.

Is there any alternative/option?

One possibility: A popup or ad blocker might be blocking verification thing. So if she has that she might want to try turning it off

Yes b and e and those types of letters sound very similar.  Just have to go slow.  Try a different browser perhaps as well and the letters may show.

Yeah, it's a legitimate struggle to sign up for this site. The letters never showed up and it took me forever to get the audio to work. And this was across multiple browsers, no ad blockers or anything.

You have to wonder how many potential users simply gave up because they couldn't even get past the registration page.
