sadly, Bruce passed away this weekend after a long battle with cancer.

A truly sad time for the catfight community as a whole and my sincere sympathies go out to his family, friends and supporters.

I cannot believe it.  I am very shocked and upset by this news.

In my relatively short time as a producer I found that Bruce was one of the few people I could talk to.  He had been a member of my Yahoo group since day 1.  He even told me what size my images should be in order to post them on certain websites.  I owe him so much.

Coming onto the site, wondered why there was a sticky about Academy Bruce, never dawned on me it would be for this reason.

Very sad news indeed, as he seemed a top bloke.

He truly was one of the front runners of the catfight scene and gave us so many memorable matches to watch.
He also seemed like a really nice guy who seemed genuinely interested in what the customer wanted in his offerings.
It is a truly sad thing to hear of his recent passing, a passionate contributor to the world of catfighting and wrestling will
truly be missed.

I am sadden by the news of Bruce’s death. We never met but I did have a few phone conversations and email with him several years ago. I lived in the Bay Area and contacted Bruce about visiting while he shot a match. To my amazement he invited me over. We were never able to hook up but to this day I appreciate his friendliness and willingness to share one of his passions, female wrestling.

He sounded like quite a guy and although we never met I feel a loss. My condolences go out to his family and friends. Bruce will be miseed.

   Hopefully someone can pick-up where Bruce Left off in the San Fran Sceen. I'm sure he would love to have seen that the San Fran Wrestling sceen grow and become world force in the sport. I was so happy when Bruce made the big move from Scripted to Un-scripted matches.
