Both look equal, but I think Vanessa is the better one here and with her fighting skills she knocks her out.

Vanessa mounts over Jennifer, pins her on the ground then wraps her strong legs around Jennifer's waist and begins to pound her face into a bloody mess. Jennifer won't be able to take this for too long and will give up as Vanessa thoroughly beats her up!
