Sophie may have a "firm" bust but pre-enhancement she was big-ish but droopy.  So her firmness is down to silicon and I'd be worried she's gonna pop!  Compare and contrast:

Personally, whilst I prefer Sammy's natural assets in a fight to those enhanced ones of Sophie, if I'm voting natural then it has to be Peta Todd (is Sammy almost a bit too perfect, too symmetrical and upward-tilting?).  Anyway, the marvellous peta:  She'd poke your eye out with those (and I'd enjoy every minute of it...)
 


And enhanced?  It has to be Alice Goodwin.  Pre-enancement she was already a decent challenger, but post the operation?  She'll blow most anyone away.  They look solid...
