  I think your idea might work so I want to encourage you.  However, I also agree with Boeing666's post that you are looking at a couple 1000 for each girl as a minimum.  Your comment about hiring girls you have "employed" before is a good idea in that it may establish an element of trust.  And you need to contract for at least two hours, probably 3.

  I see you paying each service/woman full fare for their appearance.  Then a decent sum for each of the contests you mentioned.  A small amount to each, with the winner getting double for each contest.

  Finally, May I suggest two more contests.
1) A classic submission tit fight with breasts being the only weapon and hands kept behind the back.  I'd estimate the cost of this event as double whatever you pay for the others.  .
2) Then A finale of sorts with the prize being a substantial sum of money placed on the table for the winner.  Perhaps a winner's priize equal to your total payout to this point.  For that you might get a "rough rules" submission catfight.  But remember the prize must be substantial enough that they will risk not working for a week due to bruises or scratches.  And both girls will have to TRUST you enough to be assured that submission ends it, and that you'll enforce the rough rules.  If the catfight can't be arranged, maybe you could get them both to agree to some kind of sexfight for a subtantial sum.  It could be any style they would agree to: 69ing, tribbing, or with a double ender.  You of course would be the referee and the loser would be whoever you decided couldn't continue or had ceased to be competitive for whatever reason.  GOOD LUCK!   If your idea works, it will be expensive.
