I think the real question here is "what does Jessica do to Mila".  We all know who would win

If this took place in the wrestling ring, Jessica would put on a powermove fest on Mila.  We could see all kinds of suplexes, chokeslams, bodyslams, powerslams and even a gorilla press slam thrown in - then throw in some submissions like bearhugs, camel clutches and maybe Mila going out to a torture rack or left splattered and starfished on the mat after a big powerbomb.
