Hubby and I in Vegas for a conference and would like to check out Jello or Mud wrestling while here. Any suggestions, maybe I will jump in as well.

I think Gilley's has stopped doing those.  The old location was torn down and new place on the strip was built.  The only place I am aware of is Little Darling's Strip club has a Rock & Roll Strip Wrestling Wednesdays.  I have never attended it, so can't endorse it or anything, but something to look into maybe.
