Yes, but the moderators aren't keen on moving things to where they belong anymore.
Excuse me? We are human and might not instantly move something but we also have lives and are not watching the site constantly. I have seen no REASONABLE complaint of something being in the wrong place be ignored. Sure we get weirdness like the guy who thinks story requests and discussion of catfight stories in general have no place in the stories section but you get some oddness on any site.
Be patient. Something being in the wrong place is hardly the worst thing in the world. First world problems.
