I have only seen a few IRL catfights which included fierce punching of the breasts but no attacks to the crotch. One explanation was that the breasts were readily available targets and offered a more effective use of energy to inflict severe pain than a more guarded target such as the crotch. Perhaps another reason is that an attack to another female's crotch involves a feature of humiliation that each woman may be reluctant to initiate for fear of retaliation. After all, in the heat of battle each female's adrenalin is focused both on attacking and avoiding being defeated. However, once one female begins to emerge in control and is rendering her victim helpless, then the dominant lady might go after her victim's crotch without fear of retaliation.
