Who do you think would win? Holm is quite the striker; Rin seems to have it all.

  With the height and striking skills, Holly wins a match standing.  Rin has better ground skills so wins a fight on the mats.
  Think the match comes down to if Rin can take down Holly or if Holly can KO Rin coming in for the take down.
   Would be 50/50 chance for each fighter.  Holly's kicks are amazing, she already has a few highlight KO's, but has not been tested by a top fighter and never truly tested on the ground.  Someone will be able to get in on her and get her down. Rin has only fought Tara LaRosa, so she is also untested by top fighter. Think her power and speed combo is good, she moves well and has a good fast take downs and submission holds.
   Think it would be a fast match ended in the 1st Rd. With a KO'ed Rin or a choked out Holly

  Yes, Seen her KO... That is why think she can beat any 135lbs fighter with one kick or punch.  Her real test fight with be Vs a good take down, ground and pound, submission fighter like Rin.
  Big question about this match-up would be where would they fight?
  Rin would not come to USA, maybe Holly would go to Japan thinking will be KO finish and no judge.

I like both girls but I don't think Rin would stand a chance against Holly.  Holly is the bigger stronger girl, and no slouch in terms of grappling.  She fights out of Jackson/Winklejohn Camp.  Clearly she spent more time working with Winklejohn and her striking, but she's got enough grappling to sprawl and brawl her way to being the female Chuck Liddel.  I am a little surprised the UFC hasn't picked her up yet, or at least seen her go to Invicta.

  She is asking for a lot more money then UFC fighters start at.  I think she plans on KOing every girl not in UFC, building up a buzz and forcing Dana to sign her for the big contract.  It might back fire like with Fador, if she drops a few fights.  Think her best move now is to take the Invicta Belt or Fight Rin. She needs to beat some ranked fighters to demand the big money.
   Of course she will be looking for a showdown big payday match Vs Rousey.
