Sholonda Trotter was a female golden glove boxer from 2006 until 2008. Trainers
and promoters all said that Sholonda was one of the best female boxer they had
seen since Laily Ali. She had excellent footwork, fast combinations, and the killer
instinct that it took to knock opponents out. Sholonda was African American.
She stood six-foot tall and weighed a super-thick 180 pounds, so she fought in
the female heavy weight division.
In early 2008,Sholonda Trotter turned pro. She knocked out her first four
opponents, none lasting longer than three rounds with her. Sholonda's popularity
was quickly soaring and she was the talk all around the pro boxing circuit.
As the Presidential election neared in 2008, Sholonda became very outspoken
about her political views in the media. She was a staunch supporter of Barrack
Obama and took swipes at Governor Sara Palin at every opportunity.
Sholonda's manage told her that her comments had reached Sara Palin and the
Alaskan Governor was not happy. In fact, Sara Palin was issuing a challenge to
Sholonda, a twelve round boxing match, televised live, for the world to see. Sara
Palin had just one stipulation though, neither camp would receive payment for the
fight, all ticket sales and proceeds would go directly to the winner's charity of
choice.
Sholonda and her manager figure it was just another political stunt by the so called
Mama Grizzy, another attempt to gain more media attention as well as more votes
in the upcoming, January 2009 presidential election. Still, Sholonda sent word back
that she would accept Sara Palin's challenge. Sholonda wasn't worried about not
getting paid for the fight, she was only happy to get the opportunity to knock out
the four-eyed, mouthy, little conservative bitch. Sholonda chose the Breast Cancer
Awareness Foundation for her charity. Sara Palin's chosen charity was the Republican
political party.
The fight was scheduled to take place on September 5, 2008 at the Sam Houston
Convention Center in Houston Texas. The place was packed with over 2,500 ticket
paying spectators in attendance. There were camera crews from CNN, HLN, MSNBC,
and other news affiliates all over the place to cover the fight.
Sholonda stood in her corner wearing a pink athletic outfit in support of the Breast
cancer Awareness Foundation, a pink sports bra that strained a bit to hold her large,
full breasts, small pink shorts that stretched tauntly over her well-rounded, ample
booty, and pink ankle socks and pink tennis shoes. Pink boxing gloves completed
her outfit.
Sholonda watched Sara Palin and her entourage come down the aisle and enter the ring.
Sara Palin wore a star, spangled, red, white, and blue one piece bikini and donned red
conservative boxing gloves, she elected to go barefoot with her toenails polished a
bright red. Sholonda watched Sara's corner crew remove her famous glasses and put
them away for safe keeping.
The ref waved both fighters to the center of the ring and began going over the
rules. As they stood facing each other, Sholonda noticed that Sara kept blinking her
her eyes as if she might be having trouble seeing without her glasses.
"Shake ladies" the ref said. "And go to your corners, and at the sound of the
bell, come out boxing." Sholonda tapped her pink gloves with Sara's red ones
and said, "Good luck, you blind-ass, little bat." Sara blinked her eyes and answered,
"And good luck to you, sisterhood."
The bell echoed loudly through the building, and Sholonda smacked her pink gloves
together in front of her, and slowly strolled out of her corner to meet Sara in the middle.
She immediately noticed that Sara was holding her guard dangerously low, a true mark of
inexperience, as well as an easy target for a quick knock out. Feint a left and send a
sledge hammer right to the side of her head, right on the temple, and the blind, little
bitch would drop like a rock. But that would be too quick and too easy. Oh no,
Sholonda wanted to pummel and pound this bitch for at least three rounds before laying
her smooth out. She wanted to leave her with a puffy upper lip, and a swollen shut, purple
eye, let's see how she looks then in front of a news camera talking shit.
So Sholonda dropped her gloves down at her sides and began doing some fancy feet
shuffling to show off for the crowd and the cameras, as well as to distract Sara, but as
she did, Sara stepped forward and hit Sholonda on the chin with a trip hammer, left-right
combo that Sholonda wasn't expecting, nor even seen coming.
Sholonda's head snapped twice and she stumbled back into the ropes, then she came off
the ropes and staggered back toward Sara with her arms hanging down at her sides and
her brown eyes crossed to her nose, she was punch drunk. Sholonda was left wide open
and defenseless, and Sara could have hit her again. Instead, Sara reached out and
grabbed Sholonda's chin with her left boxing glove to help steady Sholonda on her feet.
"Aww, what's wrong, sweetie" Sara asked, looking at Sholonda's crossed eyes. "Did I send
you to la-la land?
Sholonda was aware of everything that was going on around her, the screaming fans, Sara
holding her chin and taunting her, but she was seeing double and she was weak and had no
equilibrium. Sholonda couldn't even lift her heavy arms and swing at Sara if she wanted to.
"Can you say good night for me, sisterhood" Sara told Sholonda. "Because I'm going to knock
you out now."
Sholonda slurred something incoherently, and all she could do was stand there and watch
two Sara Palin's cock her right glove back beside her head and let fly with a sizzling punch
to Sholonda's chin. Sholonda did a half turn, stood there for a moment facing the screaming
fans and gently swayed back and forth a few times, then toppled face first to the canvass
like a fallen tree, Sholonda was out cold before she even hit the mat.
Sara Palin slapped a barefoot on Sholonda's pink covered, ample ass and threw her arms
over her head. The ref stepped in front of Sara and backed her up to a neutral corner and
made her stay there. He then came back over and began laying the count on Sholonda. It
was a slow and fair count, and Sholonda slept through it all, laying face down on the cool
canvass floor. "Eight! Nine! Ten! And she's out!" He then signaled to the announcer's
table for the bell *DING! DING-DING! DING!*
"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!" the announcement boomed. "IN THIRTY-NINE SECONDS INTO
THE FIRST ROUND! YOUR WINNER BY KNOCK OUT! GOVERNOR SARA PALIN!"
The few boos were drown out by the hoard of cheers and shouts, and hoots and hollers.
The noise was beyond ear deafening in the Sam Houston Convention Center.
Now, with her famous glasses back on, Sara Palin raised her red, conservative gloves
high in the air and began walking a victory tour around he ring, her bright red toenails and
barefeet padding the canvass to another explosion of cheers and shouts. Bulbs flashed
away as photographers from news papers took pictures of the victorious Governor of
Alaska, camera's from news stations local and far away zoomed in on her. The spot light
was all on Sara Palin.
Sholonda's corner crew rushed into the ring to her aid. They rolled Sholonda onto her
back and began giving her big doses of smelling salts. Sholonda's eyes started fluttering
open and she seemed to be coming out of it. One of her crew asked her, "Where are you
at?" Sholonda looked at him with glassy eyes and said, "Atlanta" her eyes closed and she
went back out. Sholonda had boxed last month in Atlanta Georgia.
Everyone has a knockout point located somewhere on the chin or jaw, and somehow, Sara
Palin got lucky and found Sholonda's knockout spot with the first punch on the chin. It was
sheer luck, but Sara Palin pulled off the impossible.
The next morning, an Asian female anchor named Amber Suzuki covered the fight on CNN news.
"Some of you may know her as the Governor of Alaska. But this morning, some may be calling
her Sara Palin, the electrician, because last night in Houston Texas, at the Sam Houston
Convention Center, Governor Sara Palin put the lights out for Sholonda Trotter, a six-foot,
professional, female boxer from Chicago Illinois. Governor Sara Palin scored a thrity-nine
second knock out in the first round over Sholonda Trotter, an outspoken liberal, and a
huge supporter of the Barrack Obama camp. We have a clip from the fight."
Sholonda boiled in silent anger, sitting on the sofa with her mother and sister as they
watched Sara Palin deliver the final knock out blow to Sholonda on the flat screen
television. It showed Sholonda spin away from Sara, stand there and stare out at the
crowd with a dumbfound look on her face and then collapse face first to the canvass.
Sholonda''s mom silently changed the channel on the flat screen with the remote.
Sholonda thought about putting her tennis shoes on and heading out for a long jog
when the phone rang. Sholonda picked it up on the second ring.
"Hi, sweetie" it was Sara Palin. "How are you feeling this morning?"
"What do you want bitch" Sholonda fired back.
"Last night I didn't get the chance to tell you, good fight" Sara said.
"You were still somewhere in slumber land when I left you.
"I don't know how you got my mama's phone number" Sholonda said.
"But I know where you can put it!"
"Shall I put it on the floor where I put you, sisterhood" Sara Palin said.
She then laughed loudly and hung up.
