Never quite made the connection before because I never owned the game or the system it played on but check this out. Hollywood in Plumbers Don't Wear Ties featured on the Angry Video Game Nerd. For the most part it's The Nerd being The Nerd blasting out obscenities over and over but your payoff is the moment where Hollywood gave him a boner.
