"SELF DEFENSE II" After needing her spinach to save herself from her self defense instructor, Vanessa accepts an offer for a free self defense class, this time with a new instructor. But Vanessa soon discovers that this new instructor is actually Lisa's sister who is out for payback for Lisa's beating at the hands of Vanessa's spinach fueled beating of her sister.
Once again, Vanessa eventually manages to get to her can of spinach. But is even spinach enough against Lisa's powerful sister?
