I think Stella will win in the end. In the beginning Kate will lift and slam her and it will look like an easy win for her, but Stella is too tough and fights harder than Kate ever would. After a while Kate runs out of steam while Stella turns things round in her own favor and finally knocks out Kate.   
Every excess is fine as long as you don't overdo it.
