After degrading mortified Katy Perry (30) to an object of ridicule during her TV show - putting her over her lap and spanking her, then hog tying her with Katy's own bikini top - Wendy Williams (50) makes fun of Hoda Kotb (50) who had been defeated by Katy Perry before in a fight.

Hoda  confronts Wendy, telling her that the pop singer only had the good luck to encounter her on a day on which she was recovering from a cold, not being at her usual level of fitness.
Wendy bursts into laughter at Hoda's attempt to explain her defeat, and Hoda, now furious, challenges Wendy to fight her on a wrestling mat, and Wendy accepts Hoda's challenge.

The two women agree that the winner will put the loser over her lap and spank her, after which the loser has to kiss the winner's butt, apologize, and thank her for the valuable lesson received.
