I'm glad that so many people seem to like this fight between Maylay and Vivian. I can take somewhat of a bow for its production because back when Crystal had a functioning website a bunch of us were clamoring for a match between two older women. Of course, Maylay was the first combatant to come to mind, but the folks at Crystal said that they couldn't come up with an opponent for her. I reminded them of Viv who had fought for them on two other occasions and seemed like the ideal opponent. To their credit, they tracked her down, and she agreed to do this last fight. They had it produced in a relatively short period of time.

The only thing that bothers me about this fight is Viv's constant shrieking. When I watch it, I usually turn the sound off. Otherwise, it rates as one of my all time favorites.

The fight between mature women that's much better than this is the one with two Latino women in an apartment . Believe that was a crystal films fight as well. Better in my opinion because they end up in garters and stockings and do some bush pulling. It looks like a real fight. Ive never seen a clear copy of it and if anyone has a link to it please help.

The fight that you describe sounds like "Hell Up In Spanish Harlem," an early scenario catfight shot by Crystal, and one of the first ones to feature "thicker" women. One of the women in that fight (the "winner") was, in fact, Vivian, who is one of the two women fighting in "Granny's Grudge," which is the one linked in this thread. As you can tell, she was a few years younger when "Spanish Harlem" was filmed. Don't know who the other woman was in that video (i.e the loser), but she did fight in a later vid entitled "Catfights from the Harmony Club" which preceded the Catfights from the Den series.

Aren't I a fountain of worthless information?
