Looking to do a custom and need a recommendation

I want to do something where 2 or 3 girls in pretty dresses really go it.  The difference is that I want it to be a foodfight too.  Lots of pies and pastries.  Who would you recommend that is:

trustworthy

sticks to the script

doesn't charge four digits?

2 questions.....

1. Did you have alot of specifics that she was willing to discuss with you? Or were you rather vague/general in what you asked for, thereby giving her alot of creative freedom?   I ask because I am very specific when I do customs. 

2. Did you have a choice of models?  I would never do a custom with a model(s) I don't find attractive. I always specify what models I want.
