Half wonder if they're gonna start targeting the underground biz..lord knows they already have targeted other sexual things in the UK.....(let alone in other countries but UK specifically lately), scary times....
Yes scary times..... Although over recent years I have had reason to employ lawyers... In both cases the lawyers complimented me on how professionally I went about my business. More importantly, nether said that what I did was in any way illegal. So it just comes down to the moral side of catfighting.
I'm not going to get into the jurisprudence of it, especially at this time of night, but it's absolutely not about morals or morality. There is no doubt that fighting, recording fighting on your phone, or more likely talking online about fighting, is not immoral.
The Sun's article is about titillation (which to me means by definition that the activity written about by them is not immoral) and about selling papers/online advertising.
